Warm Up 2
Players start at first cone facing coach. Coach indicates for players to side shuffle left or right by pointing. Turn ends when coach calls "Go" and players either sprint right towards the ball and finish with toe taps or left and rejoin their line.

Warm Up 3
Match up with a player of similar speed, no ball. One partner tries to sprint through the end of the zone while the other tries to stay between their partner and the end, switch roles each turn.

Add a ball and progress this to simple 1v1 matchups.

First player runs to first cone, back pedals to start position, then sprints to end and completes 10 toes taps on the ball before jogging back to start. As first player springts past first cone, second player begins their sequence.
