Screen 1 (15 mins)

Description:

  • 4v1 flip into a 8v4
  • Marrons make 15 passes to score in 4v1, if blues win the ball back they play to the outside and transition into an 8v4 with the Blues having to make 10 passes which then unlocks the goals to score into 

Progressions:

  • Limit touches
  • Limit times players have got to make passes

Coaching Points:

  • Pressing as an individual-  Triggers when to go, dont run in circles, shut off passing lines
  • Pressing as a unit- prepare behind the ball
