Organisation - Using The Spare Player
Area - 40x40, 4 orange cones, 6 red cones to mark the middle.
Players - 12
Description - Who ever start with the ball so if the blues start with the ball they are making 3 passes to begin with and then they will play the ball into the yellow player in the middle. The yellow who has been passed the ball will then pass the ball into the blue in the the pink area, and they will follow the pass to make it a 3v2 and then they will look to score.
If the defending team win possession of the ball they will the have to make 3 passes and then start the practice againl. The yellow that was in the area when attacking will then drop back into the middle area.
If the 3 passes are to easy then make it easier, as well as that add one player to be on the defensive team pressing with the team who is defending and the other yellow player to be the one that make a 3v2.
Take the passes away and make the session more game realistic.

Organisation - Breaking Lines
Area - 1pitch - 40x30 area.
Players - 12
Description - the group will be split into two teams, once they are in the two team's they will be put into the area but at different sections of the area. The ball will be played into the white team and then they will pass the ball between the three in their area then when they see the chance to pass the ball through the reds section they will pass the ball to them and then once the other players on their team gain possession of the ball they will do the same.
The reds will try to attempt to stop the ball being played through their area. They will attempt to cut out the passing line they should stay tight when they are watching the white pass the ball so they can't exploit a gap or space to pass the ball through their area to the other players on their team. If they win possession of the ball they will then begin to do what the white team were doing.
