Football/Soccer Session (Difficult): Immediate Regains - Solid Rest Defense

10v5 4 Goal Repress Game (30 mins)

Set-Up/Rules:

• 30x25 yard grid with goals on the four corners 
• Players are split into three even teams where two work together to maintain possession of the football and the other team tries to win possession and score on any of the four goals
• Change the defending team every bout

Intervals:

• 3 x 3:00 (1:00 rest)

Coaching Points:

• Transition to Attack: Play Away From Pressure 
• Transition to Defense: Immediately Apply Pressure to Regain
• Rapid Transitions - Like a Light Switch
