Area 2- Use Bownets , 10M circle, extra balls
Players start by "flying " around the circle making airplane noises, changing direction occasionally and running in to get fuel (high 5 coach). Run for a minute or two then on the command "take off" they run into the circle to get a ball and go to goal. They return to the circle and this time they get another ball and start dribbling around the circle. Stop occasionally to do toe taps, tic tocs, change of direction pull backs, get fuel, then "take off". Have them return with a ball and dribble inside the circle repeating the moves.
Area 3- Small sided games, play 4v4 for 5/6 and 5v5 for 7/8.
Area 4- Have 4 differnt coloured squares 5x5M, and random pylons scattered around. Players are dribbling around the area and on the coaches command they "fly to a coloured cage", once they are all there have them "fly to a tree" (pylon). Continue for a few minutes and then have the coach attempt to steal a ball before they are safe at a tree or cage. Players join the coach after losing their ball until one player is left.
For the 7/8 group run for a few minutes and then pair them up so they are passing to their partner into a cage, or tree.
