Organization - 50 by 30 - divided into 5 zones - 5v5 + Neutral + GKers), sub zones within each zone to seperate players. The players with the GK either build up or are forwards on the other side and score.
Rules - Ball starts with the gk in zone with 3 players (Secure zone), they must move the ball forward to the MF or For and score on the opposite goal. Defenders intercept in their zone and block passing lines forward. When the ball goes out coach feeds a ball to the opposite GK. Reds can win the ball and score on near goal or play to opposite defenders past 1 MF to score on opposite goal.
Coaching points - Make it big (depth - width), big distance between players, always look deep first, shoot whenever possible, support with out the ball at an angle (create triangles), open body to see downfield, if you can not play forward, pass back, pass sqare or move at an angle with the ball (change the picture for defenders), do not stand with the ball. COMMUNICATE - ask for and want the ball. follow in all shots
