Instructions:
-Red team must play a ball through the middle zone to the other red team to earn points.
-Red team earns 1 point for successful pass through the middle zone. If Red team can play through a gap of two yellow players, Red will earn 3 points.
-If Yellow steals the ball, they dribble to the outside grid of the team they won the ball from.
-Each individual team keeps track of their points.
-Play for 5 min.

Instructions:
-Red players are positioned on the two outside zones. Yellow players are positoned in the middle zone.
-Red players must try to play a low driven pass across the middle zone to earn points.
-Yellow players earn point for everytime they dribble across the grid competing against each other.
-Red teammates are competing against each other earning 1 point for a successful pass across the grid. 3 points for playing a successful pass in a gap of two yellow players.
-Play for 3 min and rotate positions.
