Description:

Split the groups into 3 colors
Each "team" stays in for 3 minutes. Gk on the same team rotate every 3 shots

4v4 plus goalkeepers and Neutral players. Neutral players help players with possession
Ball always start from free kicks or corner kicks
5 minute games. At least 3 games so everyone has the opportunity to be in goal

Descriptions:
Mark 3 positions on the arc with tall cone laid or 2 small cones. Goalie always starting from a central position.
Serving the ball from 3 different angles with throws (From chest to chest, bowling or over head - not serving w/ foot for younger ages). 9-12 reps each goalie

Key Points:Set Position: Square knew, shoulder, and toes. Hands in a neutral position. Bouncing off your toes.
Catching: Diamond. Get your hands behind the ball and let the ball shape your hands
Scoop: legs will have a L shape. Back of your hands (if low) on the ground and chest over the ball
Diving: Land on the back of your shoulder and side of your legs. It should look like a snow plow and not a garage door
