Structure:
Players start on the baseline and have to complete 8 shuttles between the 23 and baseline in 40seconds- from the baseline to the 23 and back to the baseline is 2 shuttles. They then rest for 40seconds before going again, this can be repeated 6 to 8 times. The keeper does the same in full kit but only to the top of the circle.
