Learning Outcomes:
1. Using the inside of the foot to do a u-turn and change direction of the ball dribble.
2. Understand that a u-turn is used to change directions to opposite side.

Organization:
- Same as prior exercise, but now one player does not start with the ball.
Instructions:
- Player with ball tries to dribble up to tall cone, player without ball is defender. Which ever player brings ball back to their starting line, gets a point.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Can I turn quickly to run away from defender?!

Introduction (10 mins)
Organization:
- 2 areas separated. Each area has 4 3x3m squares.
- Players start activity on the outisde of each square, 1 on each side facing the inside.
Instructions:
- Players dribble to the orange tall cone and turn back to the starting line. Every time they stop the ball at the starting line, they get a point.
- Allow them to go for a minute and half (manage as needed).
Coaching Points/Questions:
1. Can we dribble with pinky toe?
2. Can we keep our head up?
3. Can we use the inside of the foot to stop the ball before the turn and change its direction before we turn?
