Passing & Dribbling (10 mins)

On this diegram there are a number of progressions to the following exercises which are numbered

All done by doing 3 sets of 10 then rotate inbetween players for a rest break.

1- 10x passes back & forth jog back to blue cone 5 press ups

10x side volleys jog back to blue cone 5 press ups

10x headers jog back to blue cones 5 squat jumps

5x side volley & headers jog back & around blue cone

5x side volleys & press up

2- 5x receive the pass on half turn dribble to & around blue cone

3- Dribble up & around the cone, play a 1-2 pass and dribble back to orginal cone

Passing (10 mins)

Passing sequence to focus on opening the body to set up for the next pass

The sequence is as follows

Player 1 passes into middle player,

Middle player passes to player 2

Player 2 pass back

Middle player passes to player 3

Player 3 passes back

Middle player pass to player 2

Player 2 passes back

Middle player passes to player 1

Sequnece contines for a set time before middle player is rotated.

Coaching Points:

- Receive on back foot.

- Open Body to help set up where the next pass is going.

- Check Shoulder.

- Alternate between both feet to control & pass.
