  • the practice aims at developing final third play 3v3+2
  • if excess of players, stations could be set behind each goal
  • players could i work for a time limit or swap roles each time (then change over with spare players)
  • play starts from 8 serving the ball or from a coach. After serve, 6 must recover and defend
  • attackers start past the yellow line
  • Ds regain score in mini-goals/ dribble past yellow line
1. 8 ->  9/10 -> set ball -> finish
2. 8 -> 9/10 -> play wide -> finish
3. 8 -> wide players
