10 players: 3v1 each side + 2 bridge players
11 players: 3v1 each side + 2 bridge players + 1 delayed defender. Delayed defender(s) start in middle channel. She can enter side channel after 3 passes. She cannot defend bridge players in middle channel.
12 players: 4v1 each side + 2 bridge players.
13 players: 4v1 + 2 + 1, 14: 4v1 + 4v1 + 2 + 2. 15: 4v1 + 3 + 2. 16: 4v1 + 3 + 3

Setup: Have multiple players at eachstation. Start without the DM (6). Use 1/3 full field.
Instructions: Pass and follow. Switch directions every 3 minutes.
Coaching points: Open hips before pass.Receive with far foot, on the half turn. Use a rotating hop away from the ballto do the half turn. Play ball towards target, not back towards passer. Passwith pace. Control-Pass-Move. Find feet on Bridge players. Play wide playersinto space. Talking game: “Drop”, “You go me”.
Progression 1: Add an extra ball. Add movement. Have CenterBack move into a better supporting angle. When ball is played into bridgeplayer, wide player should open up.
Progression 2: Add DM. CBs must pass through the DM. Mustdo shoulder check.
Progression 3: Wide player and CBs can choose when to useDM. But all players must make "positive" touches / passes towardsopposite side.

Setup: 3 cones, 10 yards apart. Teams of 3 or 4, 1 ball.
Instructions: Player A checks B in front of "Defender" cone. B plays far foot of A, A receives on the half turn and passes to C. A spins out, goes to B cone. Be checks to C, pattern repeats.
Coaching Points: Receive on far foot with a half turn. Use a rotating hop away from the ball to do the half turn. Play ball towards target, not back towards passer. Pass with pace.
Progression: Add shoulder check (have player behind receiver hold up fingers, say number of fingers).

Instructions: A "switch" is when ball goes from 1 channel to the other channel. 1 point per switch. 1 point per goal. Defenders get 1 point if they can complete 3 passes and 5 points if they can score a goal. LIMITED to 2 touches.
Coaching points: Scan & Plan:Is my path forward blocked? If majority of players are on one side, switch. Find feet. Create a switchingoption. Don’t chase the ball, maintain width, move to get the ball, butavoid blocking passing lane. Once the ball is switched, go to goal quickly.Don’t force it. Switch through the central players where possible. Reset-Bridge-Wide-Speed or Combination.
Progression: Add defenders to keep play challenging.

Setup: Four (4) 10x10 squares as shown. Size to the number of players. Two (2) teams.
Instructions: Each team must complete a pass to each player in the box. As soon as they do, one player runs into the next space (clockwise), and receives the first pass. The goal is to complete a pass into the square of the opponent team. Optional: Losers have to run a quick sprint around the box.
Variant: Require a X passes before advancing.
