Key Factors Players are split into 2 teams and on coaches command "1 and 2" player's run into the middle and try to win the ball and score in either goal. when either player scores the game continues with another 2 players.

Key Factors A triangle is set up with a goal at each corner. teams are split into 3 equal teams. on the coaches command a player from each team enter the triangle and try to win the ball. the player must then try to score in either the othe 2 teams goals. The players without the ball must try to win the ball back creating a 2v1.

Organisation Different types of pitch set ups. All pitches are made 24 x 12. Try and have teams of 2v2 or 3v3.

Key Factors 12 minute games, 24 v12 pich. Players play in a position (numbers). Defending team on Goal Kicks must retreat to the half way line before games continues. No GK's and encrourage players not to stand in front of goal acting like a GK.
Organisation Players are given numbers instead of positions which gives more game understanding. Numbers are 4,7,9,11. and are set out as above
Left pitch when possession. on goal kicks encourage number 9 to stay high (can you make the pitch big) $ takes goal kicks and 7 and 11 drop to recieve ball as wide as posible. Number 4 to stay behind ball as support.
Right pitch :- when out of possession. encourage number 9 to stay near half way line to make the pitch big and to stretch play.

Key Factors Nets to be 20 yards apart with equal balls in each box to start. Players must run a take 1 ball at a time from the other 2 boxes (nests) and dribble back to their nest and placing ball inside their nest. game continues for 2 minutes. Winner is the team with the most balls. No tackling is allowed.
