Quickstrike FC is a premier soccer program that competes at the Regional and National levels.
Our primary focus is the development of player values; including commitment to excellence, sportsmanship, as well as technical, tactical and team skills required to fulfill potential and progress to the highest level of play. The program provides high standard of excellence as it relates to a professional coaching and training.

Organization:
4 cones in 'Y' shape
10 yards from start line to far cones 'C'
5 yards from start line to first cone 'B'
5 to 8 yards from cone 'B' to cones 'C'
Players line up at 'A' with ball
Instructions:
2 to 3 minutes on each variation. Rest between variations with dynamic stretch, Quick Feet Series (front to back, side to side, 1-2 hold, jumps)
Variation 1 - Pass, Lay-off, Pass, Dribble:
Players on each cone, remaining players line up at 'A' with one ball each.
Player at 'A' passes ball to player at 'B'
Player at 'B' passes ball back to player at 'A'
Player at 'A' passes ball to either player at 'C' (alternate sides).
Player at 'A' runs to 'B'
Player at 'B' runs to 'C'
Player receiving ball at 'C' dribbles ball to back of line at 'A'
Variation 2 - Pass, Turn, Combination:
Players on each cone, remaining players line up at 'A' with one ball each.
Player at 'A' passes ball to player at 'B', jogs to 'B'
Player at 'B' turns, passes ball to player at 'C' (alternate sides) and jogs to 'C'
Player at 'C' passes ball to player jogging to 'C'
Player jogging to 'C' passes ball one touch/1 - 2 back to player runngin from 'C' to back of line at 'A'

Organization:
20 x 30 area set up as shown (x2)
6 players (1 Attacker, 2 combination players & 2 Target Players, 1 waiting)
Mini Goal
1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
Attacker (A) starts with ball on line. Combination players (B) start in middle of area
On Attacker (A) 1st touch forward combination players (B) split to edge of channel
Attacker (A) chooses which players (B) to link up with; wall pass, overlap? & contines forward
After receiving ball back Attacker (A) now plays 1st time pass off either target player (D) & aims to finish in the mini goal with a 1st time shot.
After each play rotation happens: Attacker becomes combination player. Combination player moves up to free target spot and target player who was used collects ball from net & dribbles down to become next attacker at start line.

Progressions:
P - Target player next to mini goal that is not used comes out to become passive defender

Instructions:
Teams play 2v2 mini game inside area.Attacking team aims to score in mini goal (directional)
Attacking team can use Support Players on side lines to create overloads (3v2)
Support Players must play one touch & move anywhere along sideline to support the play
After set time rotate players

Quality & speed of pass. Keep possession
Execution & Timing of Combination Moves
Create triangles with support players; 3v2 overloads
Attack at speed & finish!
Progressions:
P - Play 3min games with winners staying on. Team to win 3 in a row get golden point & rotate out.

Organization:
From previous activity remove middle line to open up area as shown
Move mini goals towards the corners
12 Players (4 Attackers, 4 Defenders & 4 Support Players)
1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
Teams play 4v4 inside the playing area. Attacking team aim to score in any mini goal.
Before scoring attacking team must combine with at least one Support Player.
Support Players can move anywhere along their endline & must play 1 touch.
After set time rotate the team out.
Coaching Points:
Movement off the ball to receive
Quality & speed of pass. Keep possession
Awareness of space & surroundings. Circulate the ball!
Execution & Timing of Combination Moves
Create triangles with support players; 3v2 overloads
Attack at speed & finish!
Progressions:
P - Attacking team must make 4 consecutive passes before scoring (can include Support Player pass)
P - Winner Stays On!! First to score 2 goals wins & stay on the field!!

From previous activity mark center line with cones as shown
Add two mini goals on sidelines as shown
12 Players (5 Attackers, 5 Defenders & 2 Support Players)
1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
As per the last game teams play 5v5 (inc. keepers) inside playing area
This time however one team is aiming to score in big goals whilst other team scores in mini goals
Both sets of players can move anywhere inside the playing area
Support Players are now inside the playing area - 1 Suport players per half who plays for both teams
Play for 4mins and then assign teams to score in new goals
After two games rotate the Support Players
Coaching Points:
Movement off the ball to receive. Make the field BIG!
Quality & speed of pass. Keep possession
Awareness of space & surroundings. Circulate the ball!
Execution & Timing of Combination Moves
Create triangles with support players; 3v2 overloads
Attack at speed, take advantage of 3v2's & finish!
Progressions:
P - Attacking team must use a Support Player before scoring
P - Support Players are free to roam anywhere inside playing area

Mark 1/2 way line using cones
12 Players (5 Attackers, 5 Defenders, 2 Support Players)
1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
Teams play 5v5 inside area (inc. keepers).Attacking team aims to score past keeper into goal
Players are assigned a 1/2 in which they must operate, creating a 2v2 in each area.
Attacking team can use Support Players at any time, who operate entire sideline
Attacking player on the ball can dribble/pass into Attacking 1/2 to create 3v2 overload
Attacking player on ball can alsouse Support Player to overload (see diagram)
No player from defending team can track into oppsite 1/2. Player reurturns when possession breaks
After set time rotate players
Coaching Points:
Movement off the ball to receive. Make the field BIG!
Quality & speed of pass. Keep possession
Awareness of space & surroundings. Circulate the ball!
