6 ball game (20 mins)

The two teams compete and attempt to score on each other with the following rules:

When a team scores they can go immediately back to the half way line and collect another football to attack with. A member of the defending team has to retrieve this football (out of the net) and and replace the new football taken by the attacking team.

If the attacking team shoots and ball goes out, defending team gets ball from the same line of gk and attack. Team that took the shot retrieve the ball and replace it.

If ball gets out on the side team that won the throw take ball from halfway line and attack. Other team retreives the ball and replace it.

If a corner is won team that won the corner take ball from the corner. Team that put the ball in corner retreives and replaces the ball

Possession with transition

Players play 4 v 4 + 4 Neutral

Team in possession after 10 consectutive passes can play it to the target play in the other zone. Wide players together with both teams attack the other half.

Defending team can play it immediately to the target player when they win possession. (positive vertical transition. If vertical pass is not available play to sides or back.

Switching play and attack

3 midfielders + 3 play possession in central area. Upon managing to switch the play 2 times they are able to play forward, 10, 7 and 11 support the attack to goal

If 3 blue central players in possession they score in small central pug goals.
