Crossing And Finishing (15 mins)
Crossing and Finishing
Set up:
An area with cones in the middle.
Rules: Teams pass the ball with their teammates in their area. When the coach calls, switch the player on the ball and hit the ball across to the opposite team.
Progression:
+ After players switch the ball, they run into their goal and finish the cross from the other side.
+ You can add keepers.
Scoreboard: Score get a point.

Circle Small Sided Game (15 mins)
Set up: Set up a regular field based on age and ability. Place a circle in the middle of the area.
Rules: Start with a regular game. introduce a rule that goal must come from outside the circle
Scoreboard: Flip cone for goals scored
Constraints: Makes the circle bigger or smaller based on score and ability.

Play regular scrimmage. Set up the field size based on the number of player, age and ability.
