Player 1 performs a fast-feet exercise throught the bars left to right and then progresses through the slalom. On coming out from the slalom he recieves a give and go pass from player 2. Player 1 contines their run forward around the defender (mannequinn) and shoots at goal. They are permitted to have 1 touch before shooting at the goal. They then collect their ball and join the back of players 2 line. After player 2 plays player 1 in for the shot, they then perform a fast-feet exercise through the hoops before joining the back of player 1s line.
Goalkeepers perform fast-feet exercises through the hurdles placed beside and behind the goal line.
