  • Sequence will always starts in a 5v4 rondo
  • After the ball is won look to play into the mini goal/big goal
  • Get a point by scoring in the goals
  • if the in possession team gets 10 passes they receive a point
  • Rotate teams after 1:30 minute defending

Progression:

  • Add a target player in between goals

  • ball is played from gk to start
  • defenders clear the ball to the attacking team blue
  • blue attacks 5v4 against red
  • when blue touches the ball, the defending 6 can recover to defend from behind
  • if defenders win the ball can go into any 3 goals

  • Look for immediate penetration
  • Attempt to give support quickly
  • Movement without the ball
