On a half of the field organise to session going - pending on number of players you have.
Both sessions will be running at the same time to allow players to get more touches of the ball. The focus of this session is to look to recieve the ball facing forward and looking to play the ball forward.
Pass and follow your pass until it meets the last player where he will dribble to the next player in line.

Set up 2 rectangular grids 20x20 with a zone in each that takes up approx 5m of the rectangular. The bigger section will be grid A and the smaller section will be grid B.
Two attacking teams in yellow creating a 4v2 with 2 defending players in blue in grid A and 1 yellow in grid B - same in the other retangular.
The objective of this session is to get our #6 or #8 in a position where they recieve the ball facing forward and looking to play the attacking front 3.
The ball will start with the yellow team in grid A, they will keep possession and look to play to the #6 or #8. The #6 & #8 must recieve the ball in grid B facing forward and look to pass the ball in one of the three goals which could resemble our front 3.
The blue defenders will put pressure on the yellow team making it difficult to get the ball to the #6 & #8.
