Organization:
2 teams, one on each goal post
Instructions:
On Coaches command, outside player dribbles down the sideline. As he is dribbling, two teammates run around the back of the goal to the other side to receive a cross. Players then receive a cross from player A. After red team goes, then blue goes
Coaching Points:

Crosser-find a target
Targets- looking for quick finishes
Progressions:
Switch sides, and have both teams cross from both sides of the field
Start with unlimted touches, then move to 2 touch and 1 touch

Organization:
-Set up on the field 3 cones near mid field
-2 Players on each cone
-Balls with Line A and C
Instructions:
-Player A starts with a short pass to player B, Player B then lays off short pass to Player C.
-Player C then plays a long pass towards the wing.
-Player A makes a run around the cone to receive the long pass from Player C and then looks to play a cross in to the box.
-Players B and C should peel off and be making a Near and Far post run.
-Next group goes and ball starts with Player C and goes down the other wing.
Coaching Points:
- Proper part of the foot for a driven pass
- Plant foot planted farther away from the ball to get a lifted pass
- Take first touch away from the Player following their pass
- Players on their toes and body behind the ball to avoid it rolling away
- Player receiving a pass, check away
- Timing of the runs. Shouldn't have to wait for a pass

Organization: 40 x 60 area
Instructions:
1. Teams score by scoring from a cross
2. Players can dribble or pass the ball into the wide area and are unopposed
3. If ball leaves the area, game is restarted with a kick in on the sides and corners as normal
Coaching Points:

2. Cross (low, driven, lofted)
3. Cut back inside or cross early
Progressions:
P - Remove the wide areas
P - Players can score from anywhere

Organization:
two teams lined up at a lane of grids.
Instructions:
On coach's command, players will get a partner and a ball and look to complete the technical task assigned by the coach. (I.e-one player volleys; the other looks to catch). They must complete the task in both grids for it to be a point. They also must make sure they each have a chance to try to the challenge in one of the grids.
