Organization:
1. Set up as shown (50 yds x full width)
2. 14-16 players.
3. Plenty of balls.
4. TWO INTERVALS of 3 minutes - 30 sec rest.
Instructions:
1. Players perform pattern shown below.
2. Emphasis will be placed on timing of passes and movement.
3. Wide Players will rotate roles after each play. Move up and down the chain.
4. Rotate central players after each interval.

Organization:
1. Set up as shown 40x50 yard area.
2. 17 players
Instructions:
1. Teams play 7 v 7 + two neutral players. Teams can only score from a cross. We focus on getting the ball wide early, to flank players.
2. Game is split into TWO ZONES. Players must play within their zone. ONLY neautrals can move freely.
3. Play 5v3 in Crossing situations.
4. Play 6v3 in Build up out of the back situations.
Coaching Points:
1. Perform techniques used during previous activity.
2. Perform at GAME SPEED.
3. Apply switch of play activities worked during previous session.

Organization:
1. Setup as shown. (50x30 middle zone)
2. 5v5 inside grid with 2 wide crossers for each team in the wide areas.
3. 2-4-1-2 for both teams.
Instructions:
1. Players can only cross when ball is played in teams wide zone.
2. One pt for goal from shot - Two points for goal from a cross.
3. Wide players play non-opposed in their zones and Opposed in middle zone.
4. Central players must play within their central zones. ONLY 1 player can join next central zone when attacking.
Coaching Points:
1. Timing of runs (when & where)
2. Crosser: head up to locate target area.
3. Accuracy and Pace of Cross.
4. Compose finish on target.
