Description
The session focused on improving wing play, utilizing the width of the field to our advantage for crosses behind the defense.
The exercises are aimed at enhancing quick transitions on the wings, technique, positioning, and communication among the attackers.

Method:
2 minutes for each team.
Players will start by dribbling the ball from the center towards the corners. When they are approximately one meter away, they will pass the ball twice to a blue player. On the second pass, the player in the corner will wait for the passer to complete a lap around the outer cone and then return the ball to find another free player in the corner.
Coaching Points:
- Keeping their head up to observe the field.
- Speeding up ball control when returning to the center.

Method:
We will simulate a transition from CB to MC and pass the ball to LW, who will try to reach the marked center area as quickly as possible.
Coaching Points:
- Technique for crossing.
- Body positioning while crossing.
- ST positioning.
- Locating the space to head the ball in the air.
- Shooting from mid-distance for second chances.

Method:
We will add players to both teams and introduce a center zone on the other side of the field, so players have to choose which space to attack.

- Focus on the forward's mobility to create quick transitions.
- Awareness of offside situations.
- Improve communication between the goalkeeper and defense.
- Enhance the positioning of the defense.

Method:
Add extra players and 3 goals, one of which will be defended by the goalkeeper, who starts as the goalkeeper.
The red team will try to reach the center areas and deliver crosses. If the blue team wins the ball, the transition process begins, and they will attempt to score in any of the three goals.

Players will start inside the central square and then move towards the corners. When they are at a distance of approximately 1 meter, they will pass the ball to an available player on the outside. The receiving player will then return the ball, and the player who made the pass will return to the central square to find another free player on the outside to pass the ball to. The process will continue for the duration of the 2 minutes.
