Session Organization:

• 40 x 45 yards, 14 players, 2 full goals, 4 mini goals
• 5 vs 5 in central area
• 1 vs 1 in wide channels
• 6 mins x 5 with 1 minute rest = 35 minutes
• Scoring in full size goal = 1 point, scoring in mini goals = 2 points

Coaching Points:

• Switching play to wide areas - look to play forward and wide quickly
• Supporting pass - create combo's - wall passes etc
• wide players - attack with first touch
• Body shape to play forwards, bend run to get behind defender

Progression:

• Limit touches to 1-2 touches in central areas
• Allow 2 attacking players to enter wide areas to create 2 v1's
• Allow 2 defending players to enter wide areas 
• Add goalkeeper to central area
