8v4 Possesion. Teams look to retain possession of the ball. When the red team have possession, four blues go in to hunt the ball and vice versa. Intergrate the goalkeepers as target players. Play is continuous.

Reds are trying to play out of the back to a target player, about 35yards from goal. Blue players are instructed to play man for man in the area, pressuring red to make quick decisions and find a solution. As soon as the red team pass to the tarfet player, they rotate roles and plues try to play out from the goalkeeper. Rotate the target player. To progress, vary the number on each team.

Set-Up
- Half field; 12 players: 1 GK, 7 players attacking small goals, 5 players attacking big goal
- Ball always starts with goalkeeper; team must try to play out of the back
Coaching Points
- Defenders get in to spots early
- Midfielder must clear the space in the middle to not drag
defenders; if defenders cannot get the ball, midfielder should drop into middle to get ball
- Field awareness
- Movement off the ball (losing your mark)

Setup: Large Circle of 8-10 players with 5-6 players in the middle with soccer balls
Concept: Players progress from turning with ball with different surfaces of the foot.
First progression: Daily vitamins. Start in the middle, check hard to teammate on the outside, complete the volley, and jog back to middle cone.
Second progression: Turn with the outside of the foot and pass to another player
Third progression: Give and go
Fourth progression: Give and go and switch with the person on the outside
