Activity 1: Sharks & Minnows w/ goals
The group is divided into 2 teams, Team 1: each player is to dribble in the space and try to keep the ball (minnows) and score. Team 2 will have the duty of taking the ball away by kicking it out of the grid (shark). Each goal allows a minnow back into the game. Each player will get 30 seconds to act as shark.
Progression:
Add the players' whose ball was kicked out as another shark.

Activity 2: 1 v 1 w/agility
The group is divided into 2. Player 1 (attacker) start facing the goal and on command must complete the agility course before they can integrate into the game. Player 2 (defender) starts next to the goal and must complete the ladder before entering the game. After each player completes their designated agility training they enter the game area for a 1v1 situation.
Progression:
Add pug goals for defender to be able to score.
Coaching Poings:
Attack: taking on the player, chaning direction, going at speed and finishing
Defense: staying goal side, defending posture

Activity 3: 1 v 1 x3 (15 Min)
In a grid divided into 3 sections, the group is divided into 2 teams. Team 1 attacks and Team 2 defends. Wide areas are seperated from the areas of play. 1 player is to play wide for a cross and finish.
Progression: Add a defending play on the wide players for more realist play.
Coaching points: Head up, decision to pass wide vs 1v1 and finish

Activity 4: Short Sided Game 15 Min.
Divide group into 2 teams with team 1 defending the large goal + 2 small and team 2 defending 2 pug goals. (large goal worth 2 points). Start with passing minimum.
Progression: unrestricted play.
Coaching points:
Attack: create 1v1 situations, attacking the goal, looking for options
Defense: keeping shape, staying goal side, posture.
