Condition-

area - 35x25 with end zone 5yards in from either side.

Red and Blue teams are working just with their own colours and have to move as a unit from 1 end, e.g. zone (A) to the other end zone (B).

They must be aware that the opposite team are doing the same, so make decisions on when to pass

cannot play from 1 end zone straight to the other end zone

Challenges-

1) time limit on getting from 1 zone to the other

2) higher or lower the number of passes from 1 zone to the other

3) a skill performed moving from zones

4) move from unopposed to opposed with only 1 ball

5) Limit touches/passes

6) competition - 1 point for every time you receive a ball in the end zone.

if a team is getting too much success then once they have scored in the end zone the opposition then start with the ball.
