Introducing decision making for both striker and midfielder playing ball in behind
1. If striker moves to one of the red cones (to drag defender out) this is the cue that he will spin of and ball is to be played in behind (as shown in screen 1)
2. If striker moves to the yellow cone, this is the cue that he wants the ball to feet. Midfielder must be aware of this, and play to his feet. Once 9 has ball, he will bounce to the opposite side midfielder, spin off and make a run in behind, where now the opposite midfielder will look to play to 9's feet or in behind for a finish.
The player who plays the final ball to the striker will be the one who ends up at station 3.

Once 9 has ball, he will bounce to the opposite side midfielder, 9 will spin off and make a reverse run into the box, where the original midfielder will now look to make a forward run and receive ball in behind. He will then look to cross first time to the striker in the box for a finish
The player who plays the final ball to the striker will be the one who ends up at station 3.

4 yellow defenders and midfield 3 defend against blue front three and midfield 3
Ball starts from the coach at the halfway line into a blue midfielder each time it goes out. If yellows win the ball they have 7 seconds to score in mini goals
Can overload the blue some more in midfield to make easier
Focus on keeping Lewis as high as possible, operating between the two strikers and possibly getting some of the combinations shown in the previous finishing practices.
If he sets back for one of the 10s can you get forward runs from the 7 & 11 diagonally across the full backs
