3 Middle Servers ( coach can be middle server depending on numbers)
3 Top Servers all with 2-3 soccer balls
Details
Goalkeeper Receives a volley from closer server ( scoop for younger group )
Goalkeeper at top in same line takes a touch and strikes
Goalkeeper in does 2 sets and rotates

Technical foundations Overview (20 mins)
Organization
- 2 servers with balls at top
- 1 far server at bottom end of triangle with balls
- 2 servers outside with no balls
Details
- Goalkeeper in shuffles back and forth between cones receiving 4 volleys
- Goalkeeper turns and puts weight on front foot just underneath cone
- Server plays pass to with either server outside who take a touch and side foot for a scoop
Progression :
- scoop becomes dive
- first time side foot

Goalkeeper Wars (20 mins)
Organization
- 2 Goals
- Goalkeepers in groups of 3 ( add outside players if group is larger)
- Balls split between nets
- 3-5 minute games
Details
- Open game within the grid but everyone is on 3 touch max
- In possession team only uses feet / out of possession team can use hands
- When team scores they get the ball again and team that was scored on changes goalkeeper
