Southampton Warm Up
Southampton Pressing Warm Up
1. Pass to the right, run to the left
2. Pass to the right, run to left, player opposite the one receiving the ball goes to press.
3. Repeat 2, but now the pressing player can force player in possession either side, and other players have to react. Still same principle, pass right/run left/opposite player presses.
