Yellow cones are starting positions, must make movement from them before receiving the ball
Each group has a 2, 6, 10, 9
You from from 2, to 6, to 10, to 9. Basically starting at the back then making your way up
1) 2 plays ball to 6 who drops off yellow cone level with his teammate
2) 10 will move higher up the pitch so he is behind opposition midfield line, then drop in the space to receive ball from 6
3) 6 will then move towards middle of pitch, as if he is moving around an opposition midfielder to receive ball back from 10
4) 9 is peeling out wide so he is outside and level with opposition centre back to receive ball in behind, 5) 10 makes run in box to receive cross and finish
