Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
RWB Skill Practice
Red team must transition the ball through the blue defence to get a point.
One blue will step out and press the ball, reds can either try play through the congested middle, or play wide into a channel for a teammate to run onto.
Encourages reds to play wide, and RWB in wide, open areas.
Ensure all groups have a chance to defend and attack.
Regressions -
Reds can start with players in wide areas to stretch pitch
Blues can only step into channel once red has taken a touch in there.
Progressions
Blues can press with more than one player, forces reds to get the ball wide faster
Reds must play a through ball past the second yellow cone (as pictured in diagram) to stop square and backward passing
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Passing out wide to encourage running with the ball down the wing and looking up for options.
Blue team must press and also get wide to run out with the ball.
Targets to score off a cross after a run down the wing or through the middle of the pitch.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Cones have now been added to add extra points in to the equation. The wide area is still in play to encourage a run down the side of a less congested area but the middle cones are also a challenge to see if we can RWB within a tight area also.
Progress by adding the cones and adding praise for using them correctly
Regress by taking away the cones if getting too congested
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Challenge for each team to score at least one run through the middle cones before scoring. Also double points for using the wider channels for less congestion.
Condtion must beat at least one player with a run
Targets, to score a goal from a cross out wide after a run.

5. Move quickly
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Using at least touches as possible but staying in control.
