Organization:
- 30x20 area, split into 2 zones - Camp Nou (15x10) and Bernabeu (20x15).
- 12 players, ball each.
Instructions:
- All players start activity in Camp Nou, dribbling their own ball and maintaining close control.
- Players are challenged to keep possession of their own ball, while trying to "knock-out" another players ball from Camp Nou. If a players ball is knocked out, they collect it and start a second competition in the Bernabeu. Again, if a player is knocked out of Bernabeu, they then return to Camp Nou.
- Each time a player is knocked out a space they add one point. The player w/the least amount of points at the end of the game is the winner, like golf low score wins.
Coaching Points:
- Small touches to keep ball close
- Head up to identify space/opponents
- Use body to shield ball
