Players stay in their channel and 1 ball between each team. Blue's pass to Blue's and Red's pass to Red's through the channels.
To support and receive the ball players should communicate verbally and non-verbally whilst using creative movement to create angles whilst be aware of the ball, space and teammates.
When on the ball, attackers should support in front, behind, at an angle whilst constantly communicating with teammates.
Progression
Add defender to put pressure on the players. If defender intercepts or wins the ball give possession to opposition.

3 attackers v 2 defenders in each half (20x30) with attackers attempting to combine, finish and score a goal. If defenders win possession they can dribble into the central zone for 2 points. Rotate roles of players so all players defend and attack.
Players should look to work together in attack and make decisions around when to pass, when to dribble and when to finish at the goal
In and around the penalty area it is vital that players take chances at goal and focus on their technique selection, accuracy and power to finish
