Set Up: Using a field with 3 goals on either end, 3v3 matchups. Outs on the byline are kick-ins, players change according to instructions every time the possession goes out on the goal-line.
Instructions: One player out of the 8, 7, 11 roles from either team stays in for 5 minutes each, the other four players keep rotating for each other in pairs. Players have to use their 1v1 ability, passing, positioning, and combinations to get past the team of three in their path, and score in one of the goals on the opposite end.
Variation/Progression: Last five minutes the 10 and 9 from both teams play as the constant, only one player rotates every-time the ball goes out on the goal-line. This will increase the fatigue of the players involved in play, forcing more focus as there will be more mistakes.
