The fourth pass is played back to middle. The player must move beind the cone to create depth. The player in the middle must move to receive the ball on the left side of the pole. The final pass must be played ahead of the player making the run.

3v3 + 4 with End Zones
Blue team plays against the black team in the middle with 4 red neutral players. The teams score a point by receiving a pass in the end zone. Offsides rules apply so the players must time their runs into the end zones. Start by restricting the neutrals so they cannot make a run into the end zone then progress to allow them to do so.
Objectives
Before a team can play into the end zone, the team in possession must connect with two neutral players to encourage depth and width. We combine this concept with timing a run in behind.

4v4 + 4
40Lx50W area. 4v4 is played within the cones and the 4 neutrals play outside the area. The 4 black neutrals are restricted to 2 touches. A goal can be scored at any time but if a goal is scored off a pass from a neutral, it is worth two points.
Objectives
The objectives is to first create depth, with a pass to the 9, then create width by playing the neutral players. Once the ball is out wide, the player should look for a cross. Be weary of crossing the ball when it is not on. If the ball is out wide, encourage players to play the ball to the middle then play the weak side.

6v6 + 1GK
In order to score a goal, the ball must either be played to the ball while checking in or a wide player receiving the ball out in the wide area (denoted by the cones). Any player can enter the wide areas.
Objectives
The objective is to create depth and width.

Warm Up (10 mins)
Warm up
The first pass is played out wide. The wide player checks out wide then receives the ball in front of the cone and plays the ball to the middle. The player in the middle must also check away and receive the ball in front of the pole. The third pass is played to the top player. This player must also check away prior to receiving the ball.
Objectives
The first round of the exercise should focus on the timing of the movement. The second round should encourage a firmer pass in addition to the timed movements.
