Key Factors

- Reaction to call and speed to beat partner back into position
Organisation
- Player in pairs with one ball
- Pairs stood 3-5 yards apart
- Both players stood on one leg
- One player throws the ball to partner who volleys back
- If 1 is called, both players run ahead to line and back to partners position
- If 2 is called, both players turn to the line bhind them and run back into position
- Rotate legs and feeder/volleying player when return from each call
