Warm-up

Groups in classes.

Can use tennis courts if a big enough space, if not can use the D or flat lines.

Half the group with a ball, half without. Practicing 1-2 or bounce passes with focus on ball either being played in space for player to run onto or being bounced straight back to him.

Coaching points

- Communication high

- Eyes up, scanning around for players and space.

- Ball carrying, passing and receiving position. Stick needs to be facing where the pass is coming from and not angled at all.

- Try to move on your first touch if playing 1-2 pass or bounce pass on your first touch rather than the second.
