Organization: Set up a 40x30 yard box with two nets. Two goalkeeprs and 2 lines beside both nets. Divide players evenly. Set up for poles 10 yards from each line
Procedure: When coach says go, players will sprint around pole and look to win the ball in the middle. It will be 2v2 in the middle and players are looking to score on goal. If the defending team wins the ball they can look to score.

Set up: Zig-zag set of cones. Two Gates using tall cones 25 yards apart.
Procedure: Have three defending players begin at single cone. Have the rest of players behind set of zig-zag cones. Players will dribble through cones. Once they get out of cones they will dribble through either one of the gates. As soon as the player exits cones the defender can come in and defend.

Physical Literacy
Players will begin behind poles. Sprint through poles, Jump over hurdles, then touch each cone in sequence coach gives out. After they will perfomr touches on ball. eg. toe taps, foundations, combo of both. Once they finish they sprint back to the beginning and high five next person in line.
Change movements through poles and hurdles as well as different sequence of cones.

Set up: Two lines with two gates 10 yards from line. One net at each line 10 yards from gate. Players dribble towards gate and dribble through either. Once they get through the gate they look to finish on goal. On the way back players dribble through the cones and rejoin their line. When dribbling towards gates look for players to perform quick change of direction. Players should look at the target before shooting.
