Learning the fient move and when to use it.

Organization: 20x20 grid split in half with two channels as above. Players in lines behind the goals on each side.
Instructions: Players dribble at the cone defender, using the proper feint move to beat the defender. Players then score in the goal after they do the move.
Coaching Points: 1) Three E's of the move 2) Trying to preform the move at speed
Progressions: 1) One player passes to another, then 1v1 to goals with passing player defending. Players should try to preform the fient against another player.

Organization: As above. Split players in half and play 4v4 (or numbers as avalible)
Instructions: Players try to dribble through gates to score, and preform the fient move to get around opponents.
Coaching Points: 1) Head up to locate ungaurded gate. 2) Look for passes to get closer to open gates
