Warm Up

SET UP: 4 squares (10x10) inside box

  • Balls in center

DEVELOPMENT: Coach passes ball to any of the squares.
  • Player must finish before the ball comes out
  • Left shot - right shot, vary the sides
  • Next, coach throws ball in air

TIPS: 

  • Follow through the shot
  • Part of foot to finish?
  • Only the side nets
  • Plant foot in direction
