Organisation
Combine 2 groups to make it 8v8.
Increase the area size to suit your needs.
Start with a 6v6 in one half, leaving a 2v2 in the other half.
How to Play
Play 6v6 possession.
Team in possession (Red) should try to make 10 passes to score a point.
Team out of possession (Grey) try to win the ball back and transition to the other half.
The Red team can counter-press to keep the ball in their half.
The Reds in the 2v2 must allow the Grey team to receive possession.
Possible Coaching Points
Combinations in tight areas.
Passing & support.
Pressing.
Defensive cover.
Dispersal in possession.

How to Play
Normal rules but no offsides.
2 midfield players can join in the attacking third when the ball is played into the striker.
Possible Coaching Points - Attack
Patience in possession if thre is no forward pass on (particularly in defensive third).
Midfield rotation to get on the ball.
Passing & support.
Fast low passes into the striker.
Fast transition into the attacking third.
Possible Coaching Points - Defence
Forward player try to force play in one direction.
Press hard in midfield to win the ball back.
In the defensive third, try to hold up the striker.
Watch the direction of forward runners.

Good supply of balls.
How to Play
Reds try to keep possession 4v2.
If th Grey team win the ball back, they transfer the ball to their team mates and the game becomes 4v2 in the other half.
If the Red team play the ball out of their area whilst in possession, the coach feeds a ball into the opposite half.
If a team keeps the ball for more than 10 passes, a third defender can go in to help.

Passing angles.
Support play.
Defensive positioning (angles & distances, try not to get "split").
Communication.
