Activity 1 6v2 Rondo
Red needs keep the possession and complete 10 passes.
Green needs recover. As soon as they recover they need to finish a score into the outside mini goals and go back to the line.
Green needs to do SAQ in high intensity level (fast approach and slow arrival)
4 min per group.
