Beds in the stop/start and stepover and spin moves. Builds up to finding a pass after beating opponent who tracks alongside and then 2v1 competition. Finally a SSG where ball must be switched before scoring, encouraging the moves.

20x20 area, corners approx 3m markers but adjustable.
Red A dribbles along one edge of area with blue on his inside.
Red must get over half way and make 1 or 2 moves to create space for a pass to either reds B or C.
*Red protect ball away from tracking blue
*make move and protect through it and the pass
*reds B and C alert, on toes to receive
Blue A block the pass, be 1st defender.
Blue B or C not active, no challenge for ball.
When Red B/C receives he dribbles along side B/A OR B/C with Blue B/C tracking.
Whichever side he dribbles along he looks to make a pass to one of the opposite corners.
If blue gets the ball he makes the pass to red him self.
Rotation - return to riginal corner.
Play for 2 mins then swap over.
Progress by allowing blues in receiving corner to challenge for the ball - if they win it then they retain possession and become the passing team.
*Both jockey for position to receive
*passing player to use fakes, feints and stops and starts to get a completed pass
*MUST pass within his half of the pitch
Further progression - compete by number of completed passes BUT the number is based on the smallest amount received by any team player ie if Blue C has completed 1 and red D has 2 then blue lose even if blue A and B have 10 each!!

As previous but when red C receives both A and C attack the furthest away goal.
Scoring team retains possession.
Restarts are resets into the nearest corner.

30x20 area. 4v4 or 5v5. Split down middle with flat discs.
All but 1 player each team allocated a half and cannot move into other half.
One player per team can roam free.
Restarts are throw ins in defending half.
If ball starts in side B it must go to side A at least once before scoring in either goal and VV.
Progress by making the side switch happen in the opponents defending half.
Progress againg by 1 touch finish.

Coerver box (20x20) with mannekins near centre and cones 2m away.
All groups same, as B. Dribble past mannekin, ball on R foot as shown. Stop turn so ball on L foot and L foot pass back to next player.
Rotation : re-join same queue.
*keep mannekin/defender away from ball ie ball on correct foot R is shown
*stop ball with dribble foot and jump over ball
*take with outside of other (L) foot, protect with R arm
*L foot pass quick

As A>D. L foot stop turn but R foot takes ball past mannekin to set up R foot pass to D.
