8+5+GK

  • Starting Situation:

    • The game begins with a 5v3 situation in Zone 1.
  • Progression:

    • The attacking team must complete three passes within Zone 1.
    • Once the ball is in Zone 2, one player from each team can enter Zone 2 from Zone 1.
  • Objective:

    • The white team’s objective is to play the ball behind the offside line to one of the wingers making a run.
    • Once the ball is played behind the offside line:
      • Three attacking players and two defending players are allowed into the finishing area.
  • Scoring:

    • The attacking team has 5 seconds to score a goal once they’re in the finishing zone.
    • If the defending team regains possession, they can transition to attack and score into one of the mini-goals.

11 v 11 Game / Zones

11v11 (Not: Game can be altered to 9v9 or 7v7)

  • Pitch Zones:

    • The pitch is divided into three zones: defensive third, middle third, and final third.
    • The middle third is the main play area.
  • Build-Up and Passing:

    • The team in possession can drop into their defensive third to start the build-up.
    • Once the ball enters the middle third, they cannot go back into the defensive third.
    • Before playing a penetrating pass to a runner behind the defensive line, the team must connect three passes.
  • Entering the Final Third:

    • The ball can only enter the final third as a pass.
    • Once in the final third:
      • Only three attacking players and two defenders can enter.
      • The attacking team has six seconds to score.
  • Regaining Possession:

    • If the defending team regains possession, they can transition to attack.
