5v2 Transitional Rondo
5v2 Transitional Rondo:
2 boxes with 5 players on the outside of each. 2 defenders in the middle of one square trying to win the ball. If the defenders win the ball, the two attackers who touched the ball last become the new defenders.
The ball is then played to the other box and the two new defenders run across to defend. The 2 players who are in the middle at the end of the time lose.

Rules-
Play starts with coach (black) playing into the red team. The blue team can score in a few ways:
-Get to six passes (1 point)
-Get to six passes and score in small goals (2 points)
-Lose the ball, win the ball back in 5 seconds and score in small goals (1 point)
Blue can score by winning the ball and playing it into the coach

Ball always starts with the coach who plays into the blue team. Blue is trying to attack the big goal. Blue is able to use the coach as an extra man to keep the ball.
If red wins the ball, they are trying to score on the two small goals.
-If blue scores 3 points,
-If blue loses the ball and wins it back in 5 seconds, 1 point
-If red wins the ball and finds one of the two little goals, 3 points
