SET UP: Half of players start on orange cone. Players pass from inside of square to players on cones - player receives dribbles to orange cone then has to turn against passive pressure and dribble back to the square.
KEY POINTS: Movement off orange cone to red cone when receiving. Barrier, twist and turn, creatvity in touches of the ball.
POTENTIAL PROGRESSIONS: Defender becomes opposed and player must dribble past the red cone.

SET UP: Players now pair up with them identified as defender/attcker. Attacker receives from coach with back to goal (encourage defender to start goal side), can attacker control, protect, feint and turn to score.
KEY POINTS: Movement to create space, movement to receive, feel of defender, twist/turn to accerlerate out
POTENTIAL PROGRESSIONS: Colour code the goals to encourage player to move position. Feeder is another player and all 3 players rotate positions every go.

SET UP: 2v2 with players locked into their half playing a 1v1. Directional game.
KEY POINTS: Move to receive - Do you start near the halfway line or move towards when ball is in motion. Dominate 1v1 to pass - How? Use of turns to create space.

SET UP: Warm up - Introduction of different types of turn. Players dribble out to red cone, produce a turn dribble through sqaure - In square players carry out a core skill - this session will be step over or reverse step over.
