3v2- Playing forward

Organization: Two grids at 20x30. Ten players (bibs if needed). End zone to identify direction.

Instructions: Ball will always start on one end. Players score by dribbling to the opposite zone or passing to a player receiving in the end zone. Defenders are not allowed in the zones. Play starts on the attacking players first touch. 

- Defenders score by dribbling into the zone or passing to teammate who receives the ball in the zone.

 Coaching Points:

- 1st attacker secure the ball.

- 1st attacker commit a defender.

- 1st attacker find the gaps to dribble forward, pass forward.

- 2nd attackers find the open gaps to receive.

- 2nd attacker movement to open lane (disguised movement). 

- 2nd attacker angles to support.

Progressions/Regressions:

Progression would be to 2v2 in the middle zone and neutral players on the ends that has the freedom to move in the zone.

- Rregression would be a 3v1 (smaller numbers) to allow for increased success.
