When Players arrive we will begin with everyone has a ball to hand, its a quick warm up where each coach will stand in the middle of the group in a circle and when you clap the players bounce their ball, if we don't clap and they bounce it they are out. once this is done they can practise their kick ups for another 5 mins to ensure they are warmed up, if they cant do the kick ups we can do the kick up where it bounces and they catch it.
