WARM UP: FREEZE TAG

Everyone without a ball. One or two players is selected as captain freeze. If one of the players is tagged, they become frozen. They then out their ball above their head. To be unfrozen, another player must crawl thru their legs

Progress

  • Add a ball, everyone dribbles except Captain Frozen. If Captain Frozen touches a players ball, they become frozen and hold their ball above their heads. Free players, dribble through their legs to free them
  • Everyone dribbles except Captain Frozen. If Captain Frozen touches a players ball, they become frozen and hold their ball above their heads. Free players, dribble through their legs then crawl through to free them
